and im seeing rebuilt title 8s..
is it risky to get a rebuilt title 8?
does the insurance go up just because its rebuilt title?

please tell me about rebuilt title 8s..

2. No, but you may not be able to get collision insurance.

 

Worst case is you would have no 100k miles engine core warranty and if the motor goes it is on your dime to fix/replace...

 

I would'nt recommend buying any car with a rebuilt title. I bought a 2001 Explorer with a rebuilt title. I got the truck for $1800. KBB value was almost $4,600. Needless to say I have dumped another $2,000 in to the truck to get it running properly. Why does the 8 have a rebuilt title? Flood damage? Accident? I have full coverage on my explorer and it does not cost me anything additional because of it having a rebuilt title.
