Buying from eBay or KBB

Has anyone ever bought a car from eBay or Kelly Blue. I never heard or met anyone who has, so I would like to know if some of you might've and if there were any problems regarding scams or issues with the vehicle? Is it recommended or something? I read a couple of threads about what you're exactly looking for etc. etc.
