2004 RX8 offer

I'm in the process of purchasing a 2004 8 and I'm wondering if I am getting a good deal. Please tell my what you think.

Price is 20,995 w/ sporting pakg.
Milage is 8,000

Also, does anyone know if the front and rear rotary accent on the bumbers can be installed outside the dealer. IF so, how do you do it?

Yes you can buy and install the RA on your own. In the vendor forum you'll find DLS Customs (check my auto-sig for custom ghost alum R/A) where he includes very clear professional instructions on the install, Trussville, and Rosenthal. They all offer products for our 8 at very attractive prices :D

not a good deal when you can buy my 2004 rx8 only 1500 miles for 22300.00. Get financed thru capital one auto and avoid the extra dealership fees and hassels,

Is this a 6mt or auto car?

In either case I would say no. If you can find a left over 04 6mt with sports package at a dealer you should be able to get it for around $22,500. This is for a new car with a full warranty. You will have to finance through MAC to get this price, but the rate will probably be no worse than a used car rate.

That sounds better :D

Invoice on a new 04 6mt w/GT would have been around $29,000 if no other options. With about $3,250 in MAC money plus $500 Gerber (if you can get it) you are looking at $25,250 dealer cost (less a little over $500 hold back). There seems to be $750 in dealer money too, but I can't confirm that at some place like Edmunds. So $24,750 would be the number if that was included - and that is right where you are.

As long as they are not hosing you on a trade in or MAC is charging you some high interest rate, then it sounds like a deal to me.
