I have the chance to purchase a 2004 Grand Touring, Titanium grey with Black leather interior, with 42,000 miles.

It is at a local Lincoln dealer as a trade in for $19,990. Is this a good deal for this automobile?

Sounds like it's a little too much for an '04 with 42k miles. Shop around a little more. You can get the same car for around $21,000 with significantly less miles (less than 15,000). Plus, you'll have a remaining factory warranty, which is very important.

I personally would not buy it.
