Wow that sounds like a great deal. I got a quote today from Lou Bachrodt Chevy/Mazda in south Florida for $23,138 and that was with $2,500 customer cash. Looks like I may be able to go lower.

chAi - that's a good price, but ,y .02 cents says go with the Sport Package, because the Dynamic Stability Control can literally be a lifesaver. It really should be standard equipment as far as I'm concerned.

RotoRocket: Yeah they have an 8 with the Sport Package on the lot and I was eyeing that one and even told them I would really prefer that one... but they stood firm on the price and I couldn't get them any lower than $25,550...
Terrance26: its just the base model... nothing else on it...
Everyone else: thanks for the enthusiasm guys... just makes me even more confident that I'm getting something awesome for an nice low price

I want to find a deal like that! The one's on the dealer lots out here are 28K-31K for the 05's! I wonder if I go in, will they negotiate and drop the price cause they want to sell them?? The high price listed is keeping me away.

Love it when people buy a 20-30 grand car and get excited on a free full tank of gas.
Nice deal though.

Freebies are always good!
I'll be going to the local dealer out here (Henderson/Gibson) this Saturday and maybe I will get lucky and post here Monday on my new ride...who knows. I will see what kind of deal they can give me.
I definetely want to do that test drive though...then I will know for sure.
