lol, yeah... my gf is from peru and she showed me how to cook. but for the sauce its crazy hot. it has diced fresh habanerio, diced fresh garlic, diced sweet onion, lemon/lime juice and pepper. added just a little water to delute it. after i boiled the crab legs, i took the crab meat out, put butter on it.. not too much. then i just dipped the meat in the hot sauce as i ate it. it was maybe 30 for everything but it feeds 3 people so not bad compared to a resturant...lol

but my steamed talapia is hella good too.. maybe i should post some recipes when i get back to cali in the lounge..

sorry if this was off topic.. but food is always a good discussion..hahaha
