Yeah. Plus he has aftermarket heads and cams so his warranty is void.

I would hate to think something afoul but who did the heads and cams? That is too new of a car to break something like that.

Apparently it's pretty common. He posted out on the corvette forum and a bunch of people chimed in saying yup that happens and it's pretty common. Geez...it wasn't even a belt.

Definitely an unusual set of circumstances. I have some stuff in mind that may help prevent some of it in the future. We had a few folks show up as we were leaving, and a few more who caught up somewhere along the way. I'm pretty sure the only person who actually signed in and was there for the drivers' meeting who had any trouble was the gent in the black 'vette. And that certainly wasn't something anyone could forsee.

Ok that wasn’t too short.

With this being said I think entering into harsher weather conditions. This would be a great time for everyone to take their cars in for a tech inspect. This will help keep everyone safe as well as help keep money in your pocket before a accident happens (Brian’s S2K will need a lot of body work done).
Was just talking with Derek (G37), I guess another car spun other than just the s2k, he didn't remember which but it was either the 240 or one of the older 7's. That's the one that got radio'ed forward.
