We're meeting at Marymoor Park at 9, and hitting the road at 10. Details and registration at http://www.the-winding-road.com/modu...ent.php?eid=49

Yeah I will be on this one simply based on the fact that it's very local! Takes me 15 minutes to get to the starting location and I know my way around that area so well it's going to be a lot of fun!

Two updates.

First, all Registered Users who have already enjoyed their First Drive Free will receive the Member discount for December.

Second, if the roads are still blanketed in snow and ice on the 28th, we'll postpone the drive 1 week. If their still impassible, we cancel the drive and reschedule it when the weather cooperates.

Hey guys..... and gals!

I haven't posted in awhile, (haven't had internet access) but looking forward to the next drive with everyone! Actually looking forward to drives in the spring time. I bought a little Miata earlier this year, I wanna' see what that thing can do!

I'll try to stay current on the board!

So I finally was capable of getting my car back on the road today after being cooped up since last Wednesday night! It's still very nasty in a lot of the less travelled roads and only the main arterials are even close to being clear.

My guess is Kris, this event should be postponed till the 4th. As much as I want to drive this weekend, I doubt the roads will be worthy of any sort of fun come this Sunday. Even if they're passable they won't be very much fun.

Hey 05TiGr8Lady, how ya' been?!

I still have my S2K, I LOVE that car, LOVE driving it! I sold my civic and got a Miata as a daily driver; although they're not very good in the snow, and of all years I sell my civic it snows!

I miss the group drives, I've met some cool people and wanna' get back into it! I'll even do the goofy faces again when the next drive comes up!

By the way, thanks kristopher_d for letting me drive your rx-8! I know you said I drove a little dainty but hey it's someone elses car and I didn't really feel like opening it up my first time driving it! Maybe next time I will!

Hey Mike... doing well, but haven't made a couple of drives lately because of rain and I have almost-bald all seasons. I'd buy new tires, but I've had some different priorities lately. As soon as it's dry, I'll be there! Glad you have your S2K! And I saw that great video you took of Chris spinnin around at the Toy Run... still crazy as ever!

Hey all!! I haven't had internet access for awhile either.. Since October.. Actually, I still don't but since I've got a few minutes with a computer that does, I just wanted to jump in, tell everyone Merry Christmas and I'll be back for Sports Car Formal IV!! Now how's that for a run-on sentence!?

Ireland! Good to hear from you. Hope all's well with you.

BTW, for everyone else:

Since it was snowing here in Sammamish most of the day, and many of our roads are further east and higher up, I'm delaying the drive till the 4th of January. Sorry if this causes trouble for anyone, but I figure we're all better off being safe.

That works out fine for me as well. Especially since I still need to cover the cost. But I'll have money from Xmas so it's all good!

Sweet! I can go on the drive now!

Kris, I'll have to show you the pictures of our crappy rental car we have here from Hertz in CA. At least it gets 30mpg on the highway.

I don't want to hear it, I've been bouncing between a Grand Caravan and a 9-3 (at least it was manual and a turbo... but I've still only gotten to take it once, mostly the minivan) all week.
