Ok, I’m EXTREMELY sorry everyone but the meeting place has been changed. I called Marymoor park this morning and they stated they only had one picnic area available for $80 but that there was going to be about 2,000 kids there for soccer and parking will be difficult. The lady said straight out “You’re going to want to find a different park.”
This is what happens when you have one person, (and a blonde at that, haha) trying to organize this thing. I’m really sorry guys!!
Anyhow, I would like to thank m3spBothell from the Mazda3 club for helping me with the new location. He spoke with the owner and they will be glad to have us there. They will also be giving us discounts on food and throwing in some prizes!!

For those of you who missed the first posting, I am from the Mazda6 club and we are organizing a meeting of the Mazdas. I have posted in the Mazda 6 and 3 clubs, westcoast6, rx-8, rx-7, protege5, protege, mx6, mx3, 323 and miata forums. Hopefully this will be a pretty big turnout!!
We are planning to have a raffle and have a few goodies including gift certificates from Draxas, things from Corksport, etc.

Two lane road that connects Issaquah with Renton.

Decent road with a few curves., but usually someone slow in front of you, and not enough room to pass.

Decent drive, nothing to get all excited about.

Another member and I have been going there and somewhat mapping out areas for us to park. We are doing our best but there are going to be a lot of MAZDAS!!! There is another business that share's the parking lot but they are not open on Saturdays so that is where most of the cars will park. I'm going to be honest, we may run out of room and it will be a tight squeeze so you may want to come early but we'll find room for everyone so no need to worry!!

 

There's also an office building with an adjacent parking lot. When other car clubs have met there, they've used that other lot for overflow. There's really just a grassy divider between the lots.

Make sure you bring cash for grub. XXX is a cash only establishment. They have an ATM, but your really don't want to pay the service fee, do you?

I have some pics on my camera. Right now I have to transfer them to my desktop, burn a disc, copy them to my laptop, then drive over to my parents(or the library) place to get internet, and have simply not taken the time. I'll move the pictures tonight so I can post them tomorrow.
