found that out, but you gotta take a class and its around 1,500. to much!!

 

That seems way too much. The most expensive one I found here in Seattle is $535. Is that $1500 for one day and is it to help get your race license? The course up here to get the racing licence is about $2400. I'd look around to some of the other clubs to get in cheaper. Maybe even showing up to a lapping day to talk to someone to find a cheaper way. Good luck.

 

I just looked at the site and the $1500 is for taking the school with thier car (Porsche or BMW) I called to ask how much it costs to take your personal car at the school. I got the voicemail and i'll let you know when they call me back. Out here at Pacific Raceways to take the Proformance school it's $535 with your personal car and about $1200 if you take it with a Lotus Exige, so there may be hope for a cheaper class

Just got a call from Skip and it's the big 1595 and you have to use their car on the track. Also Skip doesn't offer track days with your car, so you'll have to look around and find a club to go with. I also looked at their schedule, and it doesn't look like there's a lot of opportunity to do track days on that track. If you find anything out let me know, because that track looks awesome.

Isn't there a track in Sonoma?
