I fly into Seattle on the 8th, then I am staying at Fort Lewis on the 9-11, so if we do it the 9th, it will just have to be early enough that I can get back and be ready to go to work by like 6am. I'll just google map whatever location we want.

I should be off the pain meds by then, so count me in. If I'm lucky, I'll have the new build hanging from the picker for the drop Friday. Dan and I might wrench it in late Fri, or AM Sat. if we get lucky. She needs some breakin' miles, so a road trip up North would work for me. Most likely staying off the juice with z - gotta drive 110 miles back home.

 

So where is this meet? I was thinkin' at a park or somethin--anyone have a preference? We could even do a bbq out there if everyone wants, but that would mean finding a park with grills.

Also, do we want somewhere between Seattle and Ft. Lewis, or somewhere slightly more south?

BBQ is good. Now all you locals need to find a place for us all to have a good time.

When: Saturday July 9th, 1:00pm. Food starts grilling at 3:00.

Whoever gets there first, grab a barbecue pit near a parking area. I will try and bring my portable burner just in case we don't get one or Dondo lied and they don't actually have grills there.

i didn't lie! i went by yesterday and people were out grilling. there's also a little market across the street for beers or whatever else we might need if we're lacking anything.

aaaaand since it's on the cedar river you can play in the river or go innertubing/etc. if you're so inclined
