Something to check out: Who owns this park, and do you need to reserve the tables? Easy can camp out all he wants, but if the city reserves the tables and someone paid to reserve it, the party will have to move and find somewhere else. If it's first come first serve, then camping will work.

I just called and this park does not need reservations!
The lady on the phone said it's first come first serve.

it's on the road so people can see how cool we are. and there's a bike path/bridge/river for playing on. i could bring my truck and we could float the river too. the little ship across the street rents innertubes but easy was saying something about a new lifejacket law i've never heard of..
