and1kidd, I'm thinking it does not have to be a meet in the middle type of gathering. It would cool to meet once a month and rotate between the Seattle and Portland area

Just ordered a set of Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110 tires. Can the name be any longer
Anyway they are getting really good reviews. They are quiet and perform well in the dry and rain.
Saved $42 on a price match plus there is a $50 mail in rebate. And discount tire offers a 30 day warranty on their tires so if you do not like them then they will give you full credit towards another set.
Looking forward to putting these through their paces on the twisty mountain roads on my way to Montana
The $92 savings should pay for half the fuel as well.

I went with 245/35. I'm sure the NT05 have better grip but their tread rating is much lower. Hopefully the smaller tire will stop the minor rubbing up front on the wheel liners and have less sidewall flex.
