For meets I would recommend meeting someplace locally, then driving some good roads to a food destination. I used to do this quite a bit with a couple of motorcycle groups. We'd meet in Redmond, ride all of the good roads out to Carnation, eat lunch, then ride more good roads back home. There are some great roads between redmond and Carnation. Just my 2 cents.
Looks like the only time I can meet are monday's or tuesday's in the month of May...

I used to always take Fall City to 204th Place NE, right on NE Union Hill Road, Right on 238th Ave NE, Left on NE Union Hill Road, Left on NE Ames Lake Road, then follow that out to Carnation. Sometimes followed up by a ride to Snoqualmie Falls. However, I did a little searching today and found two great sites for good roads in Washington:

)6. Cascade Loop - North Cascades Highway (20), then back on either Steven's, or Blewitt/Snoqualmie. Or even longer, back over Chinook or White pass through Rainier NP.

The shot did NOT turn out - can't make out anyone's faces...lots of grain and harsh lighting.
