Hey I'm going to get the greddy turbo kit with the interceptor-x!!

My question is if you guys/gals know a good place for me to get it tuned. Also if you have any reccomendations on additional accesories that I might need.

I'm already getting the greddy type rs blow-off valve, greddy turbo timer, Boost controller, a boost gauge, a/f ratio gauge, and oil temp gauge. I'm not so sure about the pods for the gauges though. What do you guys think?

NOT Carb Connection!

For one, they don't know anything about rotaries. But as well, they just plain suck at tuning. Just my input, I have no other knowledge of anywhere else. I think Ground Zero has a good reputation. They're in Portland, OR.

Well I'm still waiting for the interceptor-x from mazsport. It should be in towards the middle of may so I say I'm ready to tune by the end of may.

Nice job, you Northenders. Looks like at great time was had by all. I guess it the Southenders' turn to get something organized.

Sopheak, I can't you any specific tuning recommendations but there's a good list on the nopistons.com site http://www.nopistons.com/forums/inde...howtopic=59463 that's a good starting point.

P.S., I'm sorry I didn't join you on Sunday but I spent all day Saturday with my 8 in Everett at an autocross practice. Spending both days of a sunny weekend with my car instead of my family (and yard) would have had dire consequences. But I got to watch a Ferrari 360 Modena autocross. Too bad the guy drove it like a brand new $300K car (which it was). So at least at this event, 8 > 360

Sopheak, I would just wait until you move to Cali. It's gonna be easier to find someone to tune your car down there espicially if you move down in the Socal area. Also about the rims, make sure your tpms fit in the Volk wheels or you'll get that annoying blinking light. That light made me crazy for awhile but I just ignore it now.

Thanks for the info blue87sport. I will definelty look into that. Fabro, I decided to get the turbo instead. I got a good deal from someone in Vancouver that I couldn't pass up. I can wait on the rims for now. I see your thinking about getting the exhaust from moostafa?

So when is our next meet everyone? I vote for sometime at the end of May.

End of May sounds good...something like May 21 or May 28. Same time and location? Yea I was thinking about getting the exhaust but the both of us are still pending on the decision. So many wants but so little money to play with, this whole marriage thing is draining me!

The next meet might-should be earlier or later in the day (better lighting) and perhaps in a more scenic location??? :D

Yeah I agree!!! Someplace located closer to the good roads, or at least someplace where SOMEONE knows the area.

Was kind of funny trying to figure out where to go, next time we'll make certain that there is at least one solid plan with directions in place. If we have more than one solid plan? Even better.

dmp thanks for the photos, that black reflection turned out pretty well. Was good to meet ya man. Thanks for the quick spin too, helped me make my mind up when it comes to exhaust. I appreciate it.

Rev

Like I said earlier, let's start making a list... Any nice photo op location by the water is gonna suck on a sunny day in Seattle... all my suggestions wouldn't have worked Sunday because of it...

dmp - what are the best conditions for great pix?

Here's a start:

1. Alki on the east side, at the Don Armeni Boat Launch with the Seattle skyline in the background
2. Highbridge (is that the right name?) like our original plan discussed at Claim Jumper (before everyone started bailing on us )
3. Mt Rainier
4. Over Stevens Pass and back through Blewitt or Snoqualmie passes
5. Tacoma area (eat at dmp's place )
6.
7.
8.
9.
10.

Scott needs to come to the Northwest to hand tune the Int-X. If we could get about five cars setup, maybe I will fly him up here.

Just thinking ahead...

I'm very dissapointed. The guy I was suppose to get the turbo from decided to flake on me. Oh well. Scott's new turbo looks very promising. I'll just wait for that. I'm still getting the interceptor-x btw.

I wouldn't mind meeting at someone's house so we can relax and have a bbq or something. Sounds fun.
