For our February 2008 Sunday Drive we're exploring Pierce County. We'll meet up in Auburn, not exactly Pierce County, but it'll do. From there the route takes us South on back roads to Eatonville before returning North on a combination of Highway and back roads.

I've planned out the route, but it's late, and I need to get some shut eye so I'm awake for my interviews tomorrow. I'll get the map and exact meeting location up some time tomorrow.

If I have a new car that is drivable by then - I'm there. If I get this used 2007 it might wind up being in surgery until spring with all the stuff I'd really like to do to it. We'll see. So so SO want to turbo charge.

Are you gonna set up a drive for when Volney is in town in March? Isn't it around the 7th? I put a hold on that weekend in case we do a drive.

Yeah, I spoke with him Monday night. I was figuring we could do an impromptu drive that Sunday, the 9th. Don't have specifics yet, but I think we'll have to finish up in the vicinity of the airport.

i'll be there.. gonna swapping diff/tranny fluids this weekend in order to appease the gearbox gremlins that make funny noises in 4th and 6th gear.. depending on my loot situation i may toss a new air filter in as well.. it's about time i actually made it to one of these.. i've been wanting to go so bad..

Work. But it has been one of my best trips ever, work or play.

This place is so amazing! I'll post up a bunch of pictures when I get home and can download them. I also brought a few nice things back for Jen. Shh.

BTW: I just received my shipping confirmation email today from Mazsport. New ignition on the way.

Cool. I'm fighting with the Route Book again, and my printer just ran out of color toner, so it's looking like B&W this month. Anyone who's upset about that can send me an e-mail and I'll get a color copy to you when my new toner cartridges come in.

Thanks to those who made it. We had 13 or more vehicles, including a couple of sport bikes, on this run. I'll have to get pictures up in a couple of days. My computer's still being a PITA.
