I'll be at the fairgrounds chevron at 930, I may have to hang back can't get caught speeding only have 1 month left on defferment for speed racing ticket and do not want that bad boy to show up on my insurance haha

 

Hey wanted to give a quick shout out to the NW RX8's! I myself am from Seattle but have been living in Dallas since 2005. But hey good luck on the meet/event that you guys have going on, wish I could of made it, take care you guys!

Here is what we need:
More coolers
Ice
Cooking utensils
1 more grill
Firewood
1 or 2 tarps
Folding chairs (bring your own chair)
Folding table or 2
Side items/snacks (if you have a specialty item you're known for and wish to share, please bring!)
Various games

If you're bringing items for the group, please state what you're bringing and I'll list your name.

Expect the weather to be cool and damp. Please dress accordingly. We'd like to have a fire in the fire pits to help and there are covered areas.

when I say "I'll buy plates/cups/napkins" does that mean I have to buy 5thousand of them for every one or it means as many as I can??????????????????????/

 

Mazdas NW is supplying those since they will have an accurate head count for the needs. They're really just asking for people to bring extra food (chips, drinks (non-alcoholic), brownies (non-special) ), or what ever you feel comfortable bringing.
