Talking 4/3/10 - MazdasNW WA/OR Meet - Food/Drinks Provided! 11am to 5pm

I spoke to the admins at MazdasNW.com and they have extended the event to members of RX8Club.com that would like to join. Attendees are welcome to bring guests. All food and non-alcoholic drinks are provided by MazdasNW. Donations are going to be taken at the event and on their site for anyone that would like to donate, it is not required though.

The event is at a park in Chehalis (Central Washington, west side). They chose that since its a place for members from WA and OR to meet for festivities that's about half way between Seattle and Portland. They are asking that we have an RSVP by March 31st. Either RSVP on here or their site, just specify you're from RX8Club if on their site.

Here's the link to the post for those that would like to reply there http://www.mazdasnw.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5219

pdxhak caught I forgot to add this but the meet is on 4/3/10 from 11am to 5pm. (Thanks again pdxhak a vital fail by me)

Below is the excerpt from the announcement and numbers as of today.

--

Its time we all get together for a weekend meet. MNW staff has chosen Chehalis given its central location between Seattle and Portland. We have reserved a site in Alexander Park.

http://maps.google.com/maps?q=chehal...=0CBkQpQY&sa=X

MNW Staff will be providing food and non alcoholic beverages for this event and has covered the park's $100 rental fee.

If you wish to contribute to this event, you're welcome to donate to our site online or in person at the event.

PLEASE RSVP BY MARCH 31st

Thanks!

What we will have are:
Ample parking (we expect to see everyone there!)
Covered kitchen area and picnic tables
Partially shaded site
Horse shoe pits
Fire pits
Ball field in the park
RSVP'd Yes: 48 (27 members and 21 guests)

--

Let me know you have any questions. Its going to be a good turn out of mazdas. Be nice to have some more RX8 representation! Hope to meet some more 8 owners there!

If josuar88 is still in we're at 3 8's! But there is plenty of room for more 8s!

Cool let me know. I'd love the chance to ooh and ahh at your 8 (as well as I am sure there would be plenty of others at the meet that would too)

Exhaust is easy to swap out if you have the tools and some patience.

The DIY seems easy and straight foward enough. Plus I'd be happy to lend a hand Bignatex if you'd like!

Thumbs up

^Lol. I have digital tv in my car. Unfortunately I don't know how great the service will be out there so can't promise I'll be able to pick up the games, but will try!

Sounds good. I'll put you down for you +1 and an rx7 as well. That way we have an idea of car count. By far though, the more rotary rep the better!

Sitting at 2 yes (and guest RX-7) 3 maybe. 1 non RX8Club RX8 on MazdasNW was a yes. (Planning on informing him to become active on RX8Club at the meet). Sean is trying to depending on work. Haven't talked with Brad yet.

There is a crew coming from pdx if you wanted to drive with them. Mostly MS3 but could help pass the time.
