4/3/10 - MazdasNW WA/OR Meet - Food/Drinks Provided! 11am to 5pm
 

I spoke to the admins at MazdasNW.com and they have extended the event to members of RX8Club.com that would like to join. Attendees are welcome to bring guests. All food and non-alcoholic drinks are provided by MazdasNW. Donations are going to be taken at the event and on their site for anyone that would like to donate, it is not required though.

The event is at a park in Chehalis (Central Washington, west side). They chose that since its a place for members from WA and OR to meet for festivities that's about half way between Seattle and Portland. They are asking that we have an RSVP by March 31st. Either RSVP on here or their site, just specify you're from RX8Club if on their site.

Its time we all get together for a weekend meet. MNW staff has chosen Chehalis given its central location between Seattle and Portland. We have reserved a site in Alexander Park.

yeah i want to attend ill have to let you know for sure in a little bit because i want to put my exhaust on and if i can get it on before sat then ill go but if not then id rather put it on =)

Exhaust is easy to swap out if you have the tools and some patience.

The DIY seems easy and straight foward enough. Plus I'd be happy to lend a hand Bignatex if you'd like!

I have motorcycle races I am supposed to photograph that weekend.

sounds good and i know its easy haha its just getting the time with work and i have to use my buddies garage because they get mad if you work on your car on base. shouldnt be a issue but i wont be able to rsvp till late actually. since im hitting the ocean today ina hour or so till the 2nd.

Sounds good. I'll put you down for you +1 and an rx7 as well. That way we have an idea of car count. By far though, the more rotary rep the better!

Sitting at 2 yes (and guest RX-7) 3 maybe. 1 non RX8Club RX8 on MazdasNW was a yes. (Planning on informing him to become active on RX8Club at the meet). Sean is trying to depending on work. Haven't talked with Brad yet.

There is a crew coming from pdx if you wanted to drive with them. Mostly MS3 but could help pass the time.

i will not be able to make it =( sucks ass i was looking forward to this but my car will not start. iim pretty sure its the battery is fried but either way i got a garage to put my exhaust in at on saturday at noon so i will not be able to make it. but next meet ill be ther for sure hopefully!!! hey when is the car toys thing?? im in the middle of the ocean and it took a hour to load this page so im not going to try to look that up. if someone will shoot me a email with the date that would be awesome to go see how dondos car does. my email is markhane@ffg54.navy.mil hopefully i can make that. either way hopefully i can make the next meet. have fun guys!!

Either way look forward to meeting you and seeing/hearing the same. I've been thinking of getting their Race Pipe but don't want to do the cat delete because of emmissions. They have the high flow cat for an extra 200 but eh...

UPDATE: CorkSport just announced that they are going to be bringing their RX8 up for the event!!! This is a must see!

Also, pre-meet / convoy is set for the Federal Way Costco at 915am.

Who from CS is driving the 8 up? Maybe I will drive up with them. Two black 8s rolling in :)

Rich (CorkSport President) is going to be driving up the 8. I checked to see if he was going to meet up with the PDX Convoy or roll up by himself. I let him know you were interested in coming up with them, I'll let you know when I hear back.

I'm not 100% yet but if you know where everyone is meeting to drive up then let me know. I will be talking to Rich next week as well.

I guess they figure since they're covering food that they don't need to cover gas... But agreed. That'd be nice! There is a Portland convoy coming up of mostly MS3s which you could meet up with if interested. I'll check in with CorkSport on their convoy plans.

Anijo the car is horribly dirty but like pdxhak said its supposed to rain the next few days no one will notice... as is why I am not going to wash mine either!

Figured I get one of these going for the super-super Southerners. figured we'd meet at the Fairgrounds Chevron off Exit 9 and convoy up.Its about a mile after I-5 and 205 converge together. Worked good last time when we went to the XXX meet. Meet around 9:30 and roll out at 9:45. If someone wants to come in with some Google maps, please do.
