I re-bled mine again today. I went to autozone and got some speed bleeders so I could do it myself. They didn't have the fronts so i used some air tube line for fish tanks and made a vacuum to drain out the air. It is a lot harder now and feels better than before. I didn't have your # Nick, but I called Mike and left him a message to call you and relay this same message.
Oh, I was going to mention something about the brake fluid you guys had. Try to use up the whole bottle. So either only get just enough to do the flush or try not to keep the fluid around once the seal's been broken. Brake fluid is really hydrophilic so just humidity in the air ruins it. Water content in the fluid is pretty much worse than air bubbles when the temperature rises, imagine what happens when water molecules boil. In race cars, if it rains the night before the race you need to flush the system.
If you guys haven't noticed yet, the ATE stuff comes in a super blue and a regular (I forget the name), but it helps you see when the system's completely flushed out. Alternate between the colors each time you do it.
I've gotten into a habit of just buying the small bottles and then using up the whole thing. From what I can tell so far, the water content isn't a big deal for street driving and autox because of the relatively low temps, for track days I would highly recommend being thorough.
I have speed bleeders on my CRX and I love them. Just remember they are not metric after you swap them with your stock ones. I've rounded one out before. Luckily they're easy to get out because of the low torque.
Anijo, mushy pedal feel can be brake pad compound too. I don't know if you're running the same pads as Mike... I've been asked if I knew what the modulus of my brakes pads were by Claude Rouelle (I'm sure skinless can appreciate this).

thanks for helping out guys!! once i get everything dialed in and adjusted, i'll get some pics up. it feels great though and the edfc is totally worth the extra dollars/effort. the ability to soften up for highways and stiffen for the city/bumps/track is already coming in quite handy. being lowered is def scarier though and i already scraped once... ;(
I remember when I had a car low enough to scrape... it is an excruciating sound. I'd almost take nails on a chalkboard over the scraping of my car. Aftermarket suspension is still so tempting though. Your new set up must be nice. I'm curious, were there tender springs included in your set up?

The front is pretty much ready for primer but the sides need some work to get them to fit right and I haven't had a chance to do it yet. I need to check to see how low the front is going to be now that I've lowered the car. It's only an inch lower in the front (h-tech's) but the Autobahn front bumper comes down way further than stock.

it needs some more tweaking but i haven't had a chance to mess with it again. i did get it out on the autox course yesterday and toyed with the setup a bit. the edfc was awesome for adjusting the coilovers on the fly between runs. definitely helped a lot.
Could you tell/feel the difference in the different settings? That sounds really cool. I always thought the stock suspension was pretty stiff, then my instructor out at Pac raceways told me as I was going into turn 3/a, yea you got a pretty sloppy suspension. (he also races pro-3) He wasn't raggin on it just letting me know that a stiffer suspension would really help in the corners. I doubt I'll upgrade, but it does have me thinking.
Do you need to jack it up to adjust?
