They are still working on it and should find out around 4pm today.

They basically performed MSP16 again on my car. When MSP16 originally came out they only flashed my PCM. This time they did the decarb and vacuum engine test and several other things. If anyone is interested I can scan the printout from their computer with everything and the results.

I have not driven my car much since picking it up from the dealership but the hesitation in the 1k - 2k range is gone and the 3rd gear around 4k seems good. I plan to go for a drive in a bit to give it a good test.

Assuming there are no more issues then I will put it on the dyno again at Forged Performance.

The motor felt great driving to work today. Zoom Zoom for sure

Extra power would be nice but I really just want to make sure there has not been a loss. I would like to get a compression check and I'm definitely going to put it on the dyno. Just need to find some extra time.

BTW my dealership came through They charged me $13.50 (gas) yesterday to perform MSP16 on my car even though the warranty had expired. It took a bit of convincing on my end so I do not want to make it appear they did it no problem but they did the right thing and I'm very thankful. I'm sure it helped my car was purchased, certified, and serviced with them so there was a known history with me and the car. Also this is the 3rd time bringing the car in since Oct 2008 complaining of a power loss. They previously swapped the coils and plugs under warranty.

After I dyno the car again I will post the results.

Yeah gas money for driving 4 miles! Mine is empty right now Hopefully gas isn't rediculous this summer. They are predicting that it wont even get close to over 4 bucks like last year but we will see.

Actually they put 47 miles on the car and I dropped it off with a 1/4 tank. More miles than I would like but they had issues finding the problem. I glad it did not cost me money that would have prevented me from getting the trunk painted

Let me know how much that costs. Mine has scratches from the old wing I might take out if its reasonable.

The shop I wanted to use can not paint my trunk because they do not weld or do any major body work. They mainly paint bumpers and body kits. I went to another body shop and the cost was outrageous. It would be cheaper to buy a CF trunk or find used one and get it painted. I will check around a bit before making a decision.
