F1 Belgian GP at the 3 Lions Pub
I posted this up a while ago, we'll see if anyone wants to show up. The Belgian GP is *** early in the morning this Sunday, so the 3 Lions Pub on 161st in Redmond is replaying it at 11:30AM. Leon and I got lunch and watched F1 there last weekend, it's a cool place to watch.
Anyone interested this week? Come, get lunch, grab a beer, shoot the **** and watch F1.

I was able to catch at 4:30 live. I came in after the first lap with the big pile up. I fell aslepp afetr a half hour, but it did look exciting. I woke up to the race up in Ontario I guess it's the Americas Le Mans series, and I was amazed at the speed difference between the GT2 and P1, and P2 cars. They made the GT2 cars look like Grannies were driving them.

Yah, funny how that works... This F1 race had the longest full throttle section of the year, a full 30 seconds I think it was flat out going up a hill. The KERS cars were topping out at 330KM/h (205mph) in 7th Gear while going up hill...
Barrichello sprung an oil leak with 2 laps left, right when he was ready to pass Kovalinin (sp?) for 6th. It started out as just when he lifted but after half a lap he was pouring out smoke. His engineer called in that the engine itself was fine so the leak was outside the engine. As soon as he slowed down after the finish line, his rear body panel caught on fire.
That pile up was nasty though, it took out this year's championship leader and last year's champion. Button was kinda f'ed anyway though since the tool had qualified in 14th.
