Outback is easy enough to get to from the freeway, but surface streets are a pain. Plus, 405 is a parking lot there in the early evening. Later evening is a better bet, where-ever we meet. It's not real great for gatherings. It's rather dark and there's not much opportunity to stick together. Of course, I haven't been there in years, so I may be mistaken.

Thursdays are best. Outlook is cool. I know right where it is. The parking lot gets pretty full on weekends, not sure how it is during the week.

405 is a pain, but I would think it should be ok by 7:30.

My mom lives off the same exit to go to Outback and 405 is pretty clear when I have to run up to see here during the week.
