I rarely pass any 8 owners when I am driving my 8. It all happens when I am driving my Silverado. Sadly when I do pass them in my 8 they dont wave, I guess they just arent 8 enthusiasts.

^^^???PNW???

Yeah, I hate it. But I find it gratifying when we do establish some interaction (although it embarrasses the hell out of my wife!)

with all the blind spots in this car, sometimes it's too late to see the wave of fellow 8 owners. but if i do get to see you expect a wave back.

i leave for work in the dark and come home in the dark. by the time i see an 8 coming, it's usually too late. and yes, waving to fellow 8 drivers does tend to embarrass the mrs. the last 8 i saw was at southcenter last night, new ss with the appearance package...nice car.

I tend to see the same 8's on a fairly regular basis. At first they didn't wave back, but one by one, they've become much more friendly. 7 owners are more likely, but not much, to wave back. Just keep up the waves and sooner or later they'll wave back.

I generally do what others in Washington do... I don't pay attention to the road, Therefore freeing up mental workloads to shift into my "Looking for other 8's" Mindset. =)
