WA Corner weight scales for rent - Seattle

If you're into doing your own suspension work, I have a set of Intercomp scales for doing your own corner weights that I picked up a few months ago. These can do up to 1600 LB per scale and are amazingly precise.

I built full leveling pads for them so you can do it right even on a non-level garage floor (and they are all non-level!).

I'll rent them to any local member for $75 a week (or a few days longer). These things are big and heavy, so they can't be shipped. You pick up and drop off in Lake Forest Park anytime or Woodinville during the week.

I have a laser level and some sandbags you can borrow as well if you need.

You need a height adjustable suspension setup to make any use of these, but it's the only real way to adjust them if you have them. If you just want to weigh your car, but not adjust anything, I can do that quickly and free most weeknights or weekends.

PM me if interested.

That's a really awesome offer... When I get my coil-overs later this summer I'm definitely in for renting them for a week/weekend.

Anyone want to rent these this week? Brad, would you be willing to set them up at your house?

You can do that at your place. We will be trashing to install and get to Dicks on time Thursday.

Call Mike and ask to do it at his work. That way you, Mike and Chris can corner balance your cars at the same time and place. And it doesnt kill Chris on gas driving up here.

Set them up in your garage...and charge $75 to use them....it should only take a couple of hours to do the setup if the coilovers are already in.....

I'd be in for that

There you go Nick. You have Dan the man Nobre who is in too. Wait to corner balance next weekend. Not like if you dont CB your coilovers this week you will just failsauce at Packwood this weekend.

It's true, and coilovers or no, Zack's still gonna kick my *** in my own car

I definitely don't have space where I live, so we'd have to borrow Mike's warehouse for a weekend...

Mike, would you be willing to set this up? We'll split the $75 evenly among whoever shows up.

That's a good point... does anyone actually know what to do with the scales? Brad?

We could probably figure it out pretty quick but there would definitely be some trial and error involved.

Also, PM dsmdriver to make sure they're still available

Let's say next weekend. It'll give people more time to make plans. Will the scales fit into an RX-8? If not, we'll need to find a way to transport them.

Let's do it tomorrow. You, Brad and I, $25 each, and can we use your work again? I think that's going to have the smoothest surface we have available to us by far. I'll text you and Brad then talk to dsm again.

It took 2hrs to do mine with a tape measure. I think we can pretty reasonably work on 2 at once, going back and forth as to which is on the scales.
