I went to their website this morning and it said it was "Closed for Maintenance".
Anyone know whats going on? It is an odd time to close a store.

I just went to their site and it is up. I bet it was just site maintenance. FWIW I have been to their shop quite a few times over the last 6 months and participated in their focus group. They are developing a lot parts that should be or will be released soon.

For the 8 it was their new racepipes. I have their dual res midpipe (and exhaust). I bought the one they did R&D on and at the time was the only one in existence but that was Sept. They are also producing a single res and a single res with cat.

They are really good guys with awesome customer service

 

So the midpipes are available now correct?

 

Not sure about the dual res. I believe they told me it will be early 2010 but that was a couple of months ago so that could have changed. The 2 versions of the single res are available. The last time I was there I saw the single with cat.

Were you wanting the single or dual? FWIW they said the single was a few DBs louder and I got the impression they liked the single more.

 

The single res is $240. Dual res is $340. Single res with hi flow cat is $440. It's on the site.

 

They've had all of them up on the site so I thought they already had them ready.

pdxhak how does the dual res sound? how much louder then the stock cat?

 

single resonated midpipe.. they have the best sounding midpide/catback combo in my opinion.

 

At idle not that noticeable. But it is definitely louder at WOT. It has a deeper tone. I have a Racing Beat Intake and Corksport exhaust as well so it all adds to it.

I agree. I'm surprised more here do not use them.
