We don't jump on the banhammer quickly. It takes a fair amount of rope for a member to end up hanging themselves. LS was given numerous warnings, reminders, and chances. He only has himself to blame.

Joker, the usage of 'dirty words' in itself isn't the problem. It was his inability to communicate using anything else. PEople were just shrugging it off, but his continual attempts were violating the rule about not trolling for a fight. He was deliberately trying to cause problems which is against the forum rules. It doesn't matter if "people can take it" or "people fall for it" or "people deserved it". Trolling for a fight is contrary to the rules, and he continually ignored that.

The rules of the forum exist. Feel free to disagree with them, but usage of the forum is not something that anyone (including myself) has a right to. Usage of the forum is dependant on adherence to those rules. If you don't like them, you are free to leave. No one is forcing you to be here, but we can (and will) enforce compliance.

Don't knock it 9k. He could have picked worse options...

I found this while researching Chrysler/Dodge engines at work the other day:
1991–1995 2.5 L K I4, 100 hp (75 kW), 135 lb·ft (183 N·m)
1991–1995 3.0 L Mitsubishi 6G72 V6, 142 hp (106 kW), 173 lb·ft (235 N·m)
1991–1993 3.3 L EGA V6, 150 hp (110 kW), 180 lb·ft (240 N·m)
1994–1995 3.3 L EGA V6, 162 hp (121 kW), 194 lb·ft (263 N·m)
1994–1995 3.8 L EGH V6, 162 hp (121 kW), 213 lb·ft (289 N·m)
Maybe he should try one of those for a truely incredible performance?

Don't get me wrong, SOME versions of the 1JZGTE make great HP and TQ stock, but I would think someone would research this prior to choosing the engine for the swap. But seeing as he thinks running two flywheels is smart, I'm not surprised there was next to no prior planning.

But in reading a few 1JZGTE swap related sites, it seems there is a ton of misinformation out there since there were so many versions of the engines since they were used in many platforms. But he surely doesn't have the VVTi single turbo version that does put down pretty impressive numbers stock. And my bet is that he doesn't have the second gen with the fixed recall issue either.

Yep 100% . His continual ranting about "roturds" was really getting annoying . Glad he is gone.

Whatever.
He had plenty of chances to post his videos and shut everybody up.
He also was trying to sell it before proving anything.
He was obviously full of BS and you got sucked into it and embarrassed when he couldn't back it up.
He probably got himself banned on purpose just so he didn't have to try to keep coming up with new excuses.

If anyone wants to hear it running, its on eBay. But making an LS1 run is literately the easiest thing on earth. I can make it run sitting on the ground beside the car by hooking up 4 wires out of the harness to +12V. Its making anything else at all beyond the engine work.

Mazda RX 8 Sport | eBay

Joker, that flywheel setup... thats not actually being installed into your car is it? Please tell me no lol. Maybe you actually need to witness what happens when this **** lets go to get the idea of how important safety is. Exploding clutches are nothing to shrug off.

Make sure your well insured for loosing toes/feet/ankles.

Good things happen when flywheel/clutches come apart.

I also wonder what the combined flywheel weight is.... 40lbs? I hear it will make for a free reving engine without sapping any power at all...
