NY Zooms3 Velocity Red 2011 Black pin head spots

Purchased vehicle less then 2 weeks ago. While cleaning and waxing I've noticed very tiny Dark brown/black pin head size pimple spots. Sometimes with heavy wiping they clean off, but a few have scraped off leaving tiny pin hole in the paint. Any ideas? If in the paint itself could this be covered under warranty? I dread the thought of having to repaint the car. Seems strange and I can't fully explain it. Has anyone here ever experienced this?

Sounds like tar though I've never seen that leave holes in the paint.

Tried claybar yet?

No. Unless if its the manufacturer's fault on the paint itself.
