just got my first 8 with low compression. I have had 2 fd's so not a *** to the wankel. I have never heard of this trick nor can invision how it done. If it's legit can some one point me to a how to! I am aware how the search function works however no luck that that button.

 

Sounds like your BS meter has low compression as well

Ya I figured it was a fake just had to double check if there was some trick I did not know about on the 8

 

Well, the engine is out. One of the tip seals is missing and there are huge gouges on the rear rotor, so I can see where it has been on its travels. Much as expected, so off to get a recon motor. I've read threads on amateur refurbs that haven't gone well, so not feeling lucky enough to try!
