Car will not turn over. Alarm symbol flashing. What do I do?

I was relocating my aftermarket fog lights. I had them working but only had the wires spun together. The lights worked. Started putting everything together with crip connections. Then when to start the car and nothing except the stolen light is flashing. Unplugged the battery for 30 minutes. Still nothing

 

What line did you use to power the fog lights?

 

Check your engine fuse.
I recently had a similar problem, a coil wire shorted out & blew the fuse.

 

I have no idea but upon further review, it seems it is the ignition (fuse blown). Bought the car used, so have to rewire them. Fuse replaced and blows when fog lights on. Removed switch and taped up ends until rewired next weekend.
