Whats my problem??
Car runs great and starts right up, until.....i drive it for a while and shut it off. I have to wait for at least 30 min before restarting, it acts like its flooded or something? HELP.
Hard hot starts with good cold starts is a hallmark sign of compression failure. This is because in all rotories, the housings expand faster than the rotors when heated up. In a good compression engine, the apex seals can bridge the gap perfectly fine. However as they wear down, their ability to bridge the gap is reduced further and further, making it harder and harder to start the engine when hot, even though they can start fine when cold.
