What qualifications do i need to start threads?

Hi so i checked around for the qualifications to start new threads for brand new members and a couple members said all i need is 10 posts and 30 days of membership, i currently meet both those and still cant post. I have a RX8 im trying to list in the for sale section and i cant create the listing.

The removal of the new member restrictions is automatic but does take a little bit to go into effect.

If only there was a thread stuck to the top of the forum labeled something that would attract the interest of new members. Something like "New Members, New Owners, Read this first!"

That thread could then convey that information through a commonly used text interface in a language understood by many...

If only...

Study the RX-8 Newbie thread. Submit an application and complete the RX-8 Competency Test. I believe the minimum passing mark about 68.0%.
