What kind of dremel I need for porting?

Hi guys!!

I'm in an interesting project with my Renesis, I will street and bridgeporting it


But for now I don't have a dremel, and I want to buy one. I see this on Amazon,is a good option?

I bought a broken engine to learn, now I'm rebuilding it. So I can't brake nothig.

A dremel wont cut it for most of the porting. I bought an electric die grinder (which is freaking gigantic and hard to maneuver) but I would not recommend that. You will need an air die grinder and a big air compressor. You will also want specialty bits to make your life easy, but they are pretty pricey. Don't forget cutting wax as well so you don't ruin the nice bits. All said and done you may end up $200+ in on porting parts alone. Be very VERY careful and slow. Buy templates as they save you a lot of heartache.

I understand wanting to do it yourself, but save some money up for a third motor in-case this one gets botched up.

Hi, thanks for your response!

About the compressor is not a problem, I have one very very big!!

And thanks for your advice, I will find an air die grinder :D
