What is the hose that goes from the oil filler neck to the intake called? It got broken a while back and every time I try to find it none of the diagrams have it labeled and I need a new one.

 

As the diagram indicates...it's one of a series of vacuum hoses that comprise the Emission Control system.

Just purchase replacement vacuum hose of the correct (ID) inside diameter ...maybe take the old hose w/you to be sure. Auto Zone or the like will have it. Cut to length and install. I recommend installation of zip ties to secure the hose at each end.

Now if by "broke" you mean one of the nipples the hose connects to is broken, that's another matter.
