Unhappy What is damaged?

So i was struck by a negligent motorist who is making my life a living hell at the moment, he hit me and caused some damage to my vehicle and his insurance is unwilling to pay the at moment (i only have liability (dumb i just learned))

Here are some pictures of the damage :

One more pic here ::

From the pictures it looks like the lower control arm dislodge from the ball bearing aside from that what other possible damage might this have caused?

Also do i need to take it to a specialist to get this damage fixed or are most body shops able to do this kind of work?

Thanks a million

You will need a new lower control arm as the bushings are not a serviceable item.

The upper ball joint might also need to be replaced. Best to just have all the joints checked after that accident.

You are better of getting your front end inspected thoroughly.
Hopefully ur frame is not bent and other components are not damaged.
Also, I see your fender bent and dent on your fender and door

If you are not at fault then other motoris's insurance should cover your damages. You should file a police report

Damn son that stance is legit. You should post that pic on the Purelyrx8 instagram page it will get mad likes.

Seriously though do you not have insurance? If you do, let them handle it. That needs to be addressed properly.

Thanks for the replies guys. Yes i do have insurance but their insurance is giving me a hard time an refusing to do anything about this. I myself don't have collision coverage only liability so my insurance isnt doing much for me. Im on my own ill be taking it to a mechanic this weekend. Thanks again for the replies im in a though situation all this will come out of pocket until i take him to small claims and try and get my money back that way.

That's stupid his insurance should cover it unless, he does not have any coverage.
File a police report, and drag his *** to small claim court. don't cut corners in your repairs they will catch up later and become a bigger pain in u know where..

Also inspect your motor mounts and everything u can visually inspect look for cracks, leaks, bends and etc.

All the best.
