I think it was me who said circa 2008, because that's approximately when the last update was released.

There were two more official reflashes after those.
4206f in 2006 was an emissions recall. Mazda made a big thing of it, testing engines and giving owners a free rental car and a tank of gas when they came in. Did several things, including anti-flooding tweaks. It was supposed to help fix whatever it was they thought killed early engines in hot climates.
MSP-16 in 2007 (I think...could have been '08) did some more tweaking, I think mostly to the OMP rates.

Thanks everyone. This is good to know so I can make a list. Was considering sending car to dealer to make sure all recalls were done. I called the hotline and the lady told me the dates the car was in service, but comparing it to the tsb/recall list, the car didn't get all recalls dones even though the dealer after getting my VIN claimed that the car had all recall work done. ;-)

Two places, one would be on the drivers door A-Pillar sticker. There should also be one placed on the hood.
See more about MSP-16 at this link.

There may not be a sticker. Not all dealers bother with them, or may not have gotten them. I have no stickers from any of this.
But if you call a dealer (or Mazda) with your VIN they can tell you if you have it or not.
