So I know stock tires are 215 45 18 will it make a difference if I run 245 45 18s on my car

This is what the currently has and idk if I should switch to stock or not

Also what's a good site to look at wheels/rims

Stock is 225. 245/45 is a bit chunky, I don't like them, they're heavy ans your speedometer will read noticeably slow. and they're about as wide as you would want to go on stock 18x8's. Would suggest stock 225/45 or 235. If you're not racing there's really no reason to go wider.

TireRack is pretty good.

I'd opt for 17" track wheels and tires, and keep the stock 18s for the street with normal comfortable tires that won't hydroplane easily or wear out quickly etc.

I've been running 245/40r18 for a couple years and I'll probably switch back to the stock size when the time comes. The speedo reading faster than im going and extra power needed for acceleration are not worth the extra grip. It does tear it up in the canyons in the foothills of the rocky mtns though
