Tail light Troubles

I have some water condensation in my Right tail light.
Anyone know an easy fix and by easy i mean cheap.

It is a common issue that has been discussed at length.

If you want it easy and cheap, one way is to drill a small size hole beneath the tail light. Just take it easy when your drilling, or else you might crack it. I've heard this is not a good idea, but its been done by others and it works just fine...
