Superdan50 intro and looking to buy questions

My name is Daniel (feel free to address me as such). Im not new tho the rotary world, as i owned a 3rd gen RX7. though i lost to an engine fire, I've wanted to get back into one ever since. Though i love the rotary (despite its flaws) and having driven an 8, and really liked it. plus because of the "4" doors I'm able to convince the wife that its practical .

So I have read the " New and Potential Owners START HERE!" thread and could some clarification on the what to ask list.

06 Winning Blue, 6MT, < 58k miles, (I'm guessing it's a) base model (though has the 18" 5 spokes).

- Engine ever replaced [Mazda]- Yes (4/22/09)
- - Mileage on current engine [Mazda]- 57,555-29,440=28,115
- Engine Compression- TBD (will test when Im sure this is the one)
- Catalytic converter replaced- Yes, 2x, most recently 3/10/12 (1st in 11/06)
- Mileage of last coil change- change last Friday
- - Has it ever had one or more coils fail on it with the current cat? Coils replaced on 3/10/13 (with cat)
- Mileage of last plug change- 43,256 3/10/13 (14,299mi on it)
- Mileage of last plug wire change- Same as coils
- Has it ever been flooded? (cat life remaining info)- No (according to seller)
- Tail lights ever replaced? [2004, 2005]- NA 06
- - If not, have the seals ever been replaced, or the tailights modified to drain water?- NA 06
- Oil consumption (ask in how many miles between adding a quart or half a quart, and have them tell you which it was))- seller states that they haven't had to top it off, though oil changes are less than 2000 miles.
- MSP 13 performed by a dealer, and date / mileage [Mazda 2004, 2005]- NA 06
- Gas mileage typically seen- Seller didn't really keep track.
- Number of miles typically on the trip odometer when the low gas light comes on - Seller didn't really keep track.
(yes, ask both gas mileage questions)
- Starter replaced to the upgraded version [2004, 2005]- NA 06
- Temperature control **** ever replaced or repaired [2004, 2005]- NA 06
- Clutch pedal assembly ever replaced, re-welded, or re-inforced- 10/22/10

- Cranking time before starting when cold
- Cranking time before starting when hot

About 60 degrees

Opinions?

the seller is going to get a video for me, based on a some requirements i sent. my requirements are as follows. please add anything that you may think is pertinent.
I would like a video containing the following, initial start-up displaying gauges (again), while running, do a detailed walk around (include interior from both sides and the back seats, showing opening and closing both the hood and trunk, please point out any dings/dents/damage both interior and exterior). Once finished with the walk around, I would like to see 2-3 minutes of the gauges while idling. I would then like to see 10 minutes of driving including several 1-3 gear redlining each of the gears (if 4th can be redlined I would like to see that as well, just don't get in trouble). I would like to see cruising at a given speed in the different gears, as many different gears as possible for maybe 30 seconds each. The maintained speed portion would be easy on the highway for the higher speeds. Once finished I want to see 3 minutes of cool-down idling.

Additionally the carfax checked out, a friend of mine is going to get an autocheck as well. I realize it will likely return the same info but i might as well since it won't cost anything.

Looks pretty clean, dealer maintained. The only thing I'd be a little wary on is never topping off the oil. If the compression checks out its not a deal killer though.
