Stuttering Problems

I've used this site since I got my 8, around a year ago. And have usually been able to search the site for a thread to fix my problems, but I can't seem to find anything on this issue so I decided to make an account and post my own. Now I'm not a car expert by any means, and you could say I'm pretty novice when it comes to the 8. So try to keep the advice and questions as simple as possible. So yesterday I was doing about 60 down a 2 lane, and coming around a corner there was a dead dog laying in the middle of the road, and with not enough time to stop, and a car in the other lane, my only option was to run over it. Of course with the 8 riding so low it was pretty rough on the car, breaking part of the plastic guard underneath the car. And I'm not 100% sure if the problem is a result of this, but I started noticing it immediately after. My 8 is an 04, and an automatic, and whenever I let off of the accelerator and the car coasts, when the RPMs hit around 2000-1000 the car begins to stutter and a shaking can be felt coming from the back. Almost as if there is a flat tire, but the tires are fine. It does this in every gear, and if you coast in neutral it does it as well, and stops after you get down to below 10mph, or come to a stop. But does not have this problem whenever you are accelerating. Also if the car is in park and I rev the car, there is no stuttering when the RPMs come back down. Any help is appreciated.
