Starter Not Activating

Just installed a new starter and have no idea why nothing happens when I go to start it. Its correctly installed and bolted in but when I turn the key I got nothing.

Checked relay, wiring, battery and everything and all looks fine. Starter was tested and does work. Any suggestions?

Im sure someone who has done rebuilds will know but until then have you tried pulling relays? on the fuse box of the left side of the car in the engine bay (when sitting in the car) is a relay (the most distal and lateral) or if looking at the car the closest and most to the right relay that resets the ecm. I’m sure more of them when pulled reset the ecm but it’s worth a shot..
sorry for the anatomy lingo but it is a good way to explain location of things on paper.

You need Curt or Brettus to chime in. Maybe Loki knows also

Problem resolved. Feel really stupid not noticing the green plastic pieces on the floor mat. One of those plastic stoppers broke and wasnt putting the damn connector where it needed to be... car starts and runs great again.

Glad to hear man. Glad you didn’t have to tear anything apart

I was about to because I was getting so frustrated with it. When I realized how simple the fix was I pretty much felt like an idiot lol.
