spark plugs
The best plugs possible for the RX-8 are the $20 NGK stock plugs. Just go with them. Anything else that you try to "upgrade" to is going to actually be a downgrade.
The ONLY reason to ever pick another plug is if you are supercharged or turbocharged and need a different heat range plug.

If the BHR coils haven't shipped yet, you could just have Ray add a new set of plugs to the order as well. They are as cheap as you can get them, and they show up at the same time as the kit then.
