I've followed all of the steps for the S1, because that's mostly what you can find videos for, and the S2 doesn't appear to have that little hook to release the tail light, like the S1 does.
No matter what I do though, the tail light will not budge. It behaves as if no nuts have been taken off of it, even though they're all off.

Is there some trick to removing the S2 tail light?

*Edit* as it turns out, the light was so frozen, the gasket had turned into a brittle plastic, that had become near impossible to remove the light from the body. It shattered upon prying.
