Basically as the title says, I'm just wondering if I can run the green/brown injectors from the S2 in a 6 port S1 as P1:G S/P2: B?

With the stock ECU, and yes I will be doing this in conjunction with FI so I might need the excess flow rate.

Yep , no problem. Get all scaling and latency off an S2 map and you are good to go . Will work well .
