2004 mustang v6 hydraulic rack and pinion, The knuckle with just a little drilling will go right on, Tie rod ends screwed on no issues. Will be obtaining a 200X volvo series 30,40,50 power steering pump with res to power it. Should work like a charm for the LS swap. Much cheaper and a better setup than electronic in my opinion. Will update next week sometime when i get the rack in and the pump mounted and all that.

Deftouch, I am trying to do the same thing. Do you have any pictures of the setup? How was the clearance with the LS?

 

I used one out of a 2004. I hooked it to the steering shaft if you just try it open a little it will slide right over it. I used a Volvo 2005 series 40 car power steering pump. All I did was cut like 4" of thePart the tie rod end and screws into on one side because it was too long and it works perfect I drive it everyday. I will try to get some pictures tomorrow. Psteering pump also woked great.
