Doing a ls swap into my rx8 and i had seen somewhere you can use a hydraulic mustang rack and pinion? i was just hoping to get some confirmation on this
I was thinking of using the volvo electronic power steering pump to power it. theres a youtube of a guy using one in a s13 drift car with great results.

 

Ls1rx8 sells a bump steer kit. It's pricey, but would probably be easier than just replacing the whole rack, with fewer headaches.
