rx8 vacuum test

I got a vacuum test on my 2004 rx8 and the dealer said low vaccum and weak engine. Idk if the numbers are on the receipt or what but it says:

Perform vacuum test/ 13 - 14 =; LOW-ENGINE IS WEAK.

Im assuming the vacuum reading is 13-14, what should the vacuum be at and will the warranty that came with my car cover the engine replacement? It says engine is weak but is it weak enough to be replaced under warranty

There isn't much information on the specifications of the BARO test (I'm assuming that is what this is), and the factory service manual has a voltage reading of 0v-5v, so I don't know the conversion to a higher number, and I have no idea what "13-14" is in. PSI? Inches of mercury? kpa? etc...

And even if you had that more detailed information/conversion, you don't provide the text of your warranty contract to tell if it would cover it or not.

So you will need to provide a lot more information before anyone can answer your question.
