RX8 taillight LED color
I want to put a "spider led" into my tail lights cause I think it looks awesome.
But I am unsure on what color to get.
I found out by consulting this list I need the 7443 socket and I know my original bulbs are clear since the lens is red.
But they have a "red" and "6000k white" option. I am concerned the white option is too cold and the color won't be right.
Could someone help me out?
This is the LED I'm talking about.

If it looks like the setup in the video, that's not particularly bad.
9k does have a good point, though: from what I have read, S1 can have some issues with ABS if you use LED taillights without resistors, so make sure you buy some load resistors.
You will preferably pick the red LED. Halogen bulbs can only produce yellow/white light, so you will have to filter them if you other colours, like amber or red. LEDs, on the other hand, can be made to make different colors at the source. A red LED can produce red light without any filtering. This means the red light it produces just passes through the red lens, rather than having the red lens filter the white light.
