I don't see a problem with either one with that limited information.

Doesn't look long to me. Faintly longer than the hot start, but both are entirely acceptable.

Well, that's not what you showed us

How old is your battery? (years)
How old are your ignition coils? (miles)
How old are your plug wires? (miles)
How old are your spark plugs? (miles)

I don't know, because I buy the rx8 just few day ago

So, Fist step I need swap the battery, ignition coils.....spark plugs?

I feel confuse because start up sometime is fast, sometime is long...

Get the battery tested, no point in replacing it if your battery is fine. If it has trouble holding a charge though, it could explain the variance from time to time, depending on how much of a charge you actually have on hand.

And yes, regardless of if the battery tests fine, replace the coils, wires, and plugs. They fail over time, and usually need replacement by the time that they have 30,000 miles on them. Chances are the prior owner hasn't changed them in a while.
