Rx8 problems
So I made it to Washington from Virginia what a trip thanks loki for keeping me going lol
I have several issues with car now here's three I need help with
1 hard shift so the car is hard to shift in all gears and almost won't go into reverse unless I start it there I posted about this before and people asked about my tyranny fluid and I have no idea if someone can give me step by step troubleshooting I'll tackle it tomorrow
2 audio issues during the drive I lost my stereo it is after market with 2 kicker 12s and an Amp my stereo deck still gets power my subs still work but I have no tweeters I checked my wires and they look good I don't know if I need a new stereo head unit or if it could be something else
3 alarm system so the alarm is stock it started going off (blinkers and horn) so I thought my key was bad had the dealer make new key and program and my security light shows good but when I put the fuses in for my horn and blinkers they immediately start going off again
Think these are my three main problems . . . Also got a flat like I didn't have enough going on but I'm confident I can trouble shoot that one lol
Thanks again guys for all your help

Is the gear problem a repeat of the same problem while you were driving? Or adjusting the pedal didn't fix it? It sounds like your clutch isn't disengaging properly, so maybe hydraulics or pedal adjustment (though you shouldn't need to adjust your pedal once it's set, if you do, the problem is hydraulics).
Speakers - no idea, sounds like an aftermarket setup. See if nothing came loose behind the head unit? You might need to troubleshoot this on your own since it's not stock.
Is the stock alarm the only one? Can you stop the horns and all that by unlocking the car from the fob? Even if it's already physically unlocked.

It sounds like either the slave cylinder is bad, or there's simply air in the clutch line and it's not disengaging properly.
What if you use the power locks button in the door to lock and unlock? That way the power lock and security state cycles and might stop the alarm. This can happen if someone disconnects the battery, locks the doors and then reconnects it while the car is still locked. The car thinks it's being stolen because the hood is open. If it's still ringing after that, I'm not sure what to do

The locks clicking but not moving the lock is a somewhat common issue on early RX8s. There's a little plastic gear that wears out with use. I think there's a DIY here in the DIY section or on Youtube for replacing the relevant parts. You can buy the whole lock and linkage from Mazda, it comes as one part, and retain your current key.

Update
so I snapped my serpentine belt the alt one replaced that. . . changed tranny fluid gears seem to be shifting better . . . Did my research on this audio issue and everyone says it's the factory Amp but I can't find where it's located. . . And have gotten no where with this alarm (tried all your suggestions with the key and locks nothing resets it loki) think it might have to go to dealer so currently driving with no music blinkers or horns it's so much fun lol but I love my 8
